The slice is HUGE and easily could be for two. We had two and it was plenty for two people. Really good NY slice and better than what I had recently in NY. Service was quick and slice was hot. One of the better thin crust in The Land with a cool old school vibe!

I have never actually had a New York slice IN NY, although I have heard stories. From everything I have heard about City Slice, this is legit! We tried it, and I will say if this is what a NY slice is like, I'm a believer!! Literally the ONLY thing I would change is a bit more crispiness on the crust. They are not close to home, but definitely worth the drive. The atmosphere is cool, looks like several TV shows based in NY that I've seen from the 80's...the video game room is very nostalgic.
Edited: As a native New Yorker who grew uo there in the 80/90s, this place is a blast from the past, as well as the closest thing to a new york slice Cleveland has to offer. The food & decor are right out of a late 80s/early 90s nyc pizzeria. I did have to give 3 stars to service, as the 2 girls behind the counter at 5pm on 5/28/25 were just not helpful at all and possibly even rude. (Couldn't pin point the random attitude.) It also feels like the prices per slice continue to go up, making it not as accessible as before. Still a go to place for a slice, however.
City Slice’s pizza is absolutely delicious. I have eaten pizza at over 30 places in Cleveland and they my 4th favorite but my favorite thinner pizza. They’re is a ton of flavor in the sauce and the crust isn’t cracker like. (Which I hate). Also, $14 for two slices/meals is a great deal in Cleveland! Also, their chocolate cake is awesome, moist and loaded with frosting
This is just what Cleveland needed that NY style slice delicious! I stopped in had to try it with excellent pizza, nice crust , and clean business. Inside decor is real nice ,arcade if you're a gamer, or have children. They have a nice variety on their menu for your liking . Great place for a nice slice check em out.

I love a new York style pizza. Although I have never been to New York for an authentic slice, this pizza is exactly what I can only imagine New York pizza being. The crust was thin, crispy without out being crunchy. The flavor of the sauce was a perfect mix of spice and sweetness. The cheese and pepperoni seemed to be of a higher quality. The customer service was great. I am very pleased with my visit and look forward to visiting again soon and trying more menu items!
If you are looking for a serious New York Style Pizza fix this should be the first place you try in Cleveland. The slices are absolutely massive, like half a normal larhe Pizza per slice. The crust is thin, but crispy and chewy in all the right ways. High quality toppings as well. The atmosphere is about as cool as it gets, a great dining area on one side, classic video games and Ice cream on the other. Try a Cookies and Cream shake while you soak in your surroundings. A new go-to for me.
